The Davidson County Community College in Lexington, NC Map is sponsoring this multimedia juried exhibit and sale with nine exhibiting artists contributing pastels, photography, oils, collage, watercolors, and acrylic.

A panel of professional artists selected the exhibit.

My eight photographs displayed here were taken in
March 2011 in South Africa in the Madikwe Game Reserve .
First lady, Michelle Obama, stayed at this same game reserve in June 2011.
The photographs were taken during several "game" rides in the bush country.
